Ingredients
2 cups of butter softened
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of lt brn sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 cups of oatmeal powdered in a blender
4 cups of flour
1 pkg chocolate chips
Directions
Re-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking stone.
Cream the sugars with the butter. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking soda and baking powder.
Blend the oatmeal in blender until powdered. Slowly add the powdered oatmeal to the creamed butter/sugar mixture.
Add the flour and then the chocolate chips. Blend.
Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking stone. Bake 12- 15 min.
*This recipe will make about 100 cookies! They are always perfect! If you don't need all of the cookies at one time. Roll them into balls and freeze till firm on a baking sheet. Then place in a zip loc bag for future baking. enjoy!
